We offer you our new service – ordering the products you need directly from India.
For over 10 years, we have been building the assortment of our store and striving to maintain sufficient stock levels. And for the most part, we succeeded.
But due to the war, a significant portion of our customers have left the country, and for others, the products have become too expensive, as we, unfortunately, have to adjust our prices depending on the dollar exchange rate.
Because of this, we were forced to discontinue some of our assortment or keep minimal stock.
For those who needed certain products, we brought them on order with a significant discount.
Over time, we realized that this form of ordering is of interest to many customers. And now it is becoming our permanent service!
So, how does it work:
You place an order in the store as usual.
All products available for order from India are marked with a corresponding sticker indicating the approximate delivery time.
After receiving your order, we send it to our partners in India, from where it travels to Ukraine as quickly as possible.
As soon as your order arrives at our warehouse, we notify you and send it to you as soon as possible.
A few questions you will likely have:
- When do I need to pay for the order?
- Payment is made immediately. This is why we can offer you such significant discounts.
- Can there be delays in delivery?
- Yes, of course, this is possible. Currently, cargo transit from India is quite complicated and goes through several countries. Occasionally, delays occur. If we see that we cannot meet the promised deadlines, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an estimated delay time. Then you decide whether to wait or not. If you cancel the order, we will refund your money immediately.
- Are you not scamming us?
- We won’t assure you that we are not thieves. :) But we can assure you that in 15 years of operation, we have never taken even an extra hryvnia from our customers. This is why most of our customers have been with us for many years, and some for over a decade!
